Cancellation Policy
**Catering Policy** 1. Payment Terms - Invoices: All invoices are due upon receipt. Invoices will be canceled if payment or deposit is not received within 24 hours. - Deposits: A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book your event. This deposit secures the date and is non-refundable. - Balance Due: The remaining balance is due at the time of the event. - Events Booked Within One Month: For events booked one month or less prior to the event date, full payment is required upon booking. - Service Charge: A 5% service charge will be added to all invoices. 2. Booking and Cancellation - Booking Confirmation: Dates are considered booked only when the deposit has been paid. No deposit, no booking. - Catering Estimates: Estimates are valid for one (1) week from the initial date sent. If not confirmed within this period, the estimate will expire. - Menu Changes: Once the menu has been decided, upgrades are allowed up to 4 weeks before the event. - Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations must be submitted in writing and acknowledged by Paella Y Pa Todos. - Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are subject to a total loss of deposit, and the event cannot be rescheduled. - No refunds will be issued. However, date changes are allowed if the new date and time are available. Thank you!
